XTV LLC ("we", "us") provides HeatMapX ("the Service"). This policy explains how we handle information about subscribers and the visitors of the websites where subscribers install the HeatMapX measurement tag.

1. Operator

Operator: XTV LLC

Contact: info@xtv.co.jp

Company information: https://xtv.co.jp

2. Information We Collect

From subscribers: email address, basic Google account information (when signing in with Google), the URLs of registered websites, payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers on our servers), and API key usage logs.

From visitors: through the measurement tag we collect page URL, click coordinates (x, y), scroll depth, viewport width, a randomly generated anonymous session ID, and visit timestamps. We do not collect information that identifies a visitor personally, such as name or email address.

From the contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), inquiry type, and message content.

3. Purposes of Use

We use the information to render heatmaps, generate AI-based improvement suggestions, provide and improve the Service, deliver subscriber support, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, process billing, and comply with applicable laws.

4. Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not share collected information with third parties except where required by law or where subscribers consent.

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate the Service: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (Claude AI analysis), Stripe (payments), HubSpot (inquiry and customer data management), Resend (email delivery), and Google (OAuth sign-in and Google Analytics 4).

Our marketing site (landing pages) also uses Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure and optimize advertising performance. Meta Pixel collects browsing and behavioral information from visitors through cookies and similar technologies and transmits it to Meta. Please refer to Meta's Privacy Policy for information on how Meta handles this data. You may opt out through your Meta account's ad settings or through your browser's cookie settings.

5. International Data Transfers

The sub-processors above operate servers in the United States, the European Union, and various Asian regions; collected data may therefore be stored outside of Japan. Each sub-processor complies with the data protection frameworks applicable to their operations.

6. Retention

We retain information for the duration of the subscription and for twelve months thereafter for the purposes described above. Upon a subscriber's deletion request, we will delete the information within thirty days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Subscriber Rights

Subscribers may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of the use of their information by contacting us at the address above. After verifying identity, we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Cookies

The Service's dashboard and landing page use cookies to maintain login sessions and analyze usage. Subscribers may disable cookies in their browser, though some features may then become unavailable.

The measurement tag itself does not set cookies on visitors' browsers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy in response to legal changes or changes in the Service. We will provide advance notice on the Service for material changes.
