- Do you collect personal data?
- The tracking tag sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies a person, such as names or email addresses. We only store click positions, scroll depth and a randomly generated anonymous ID.
- Will it slow down my site?
- The tag loads a single small file of about 7 KB (compressed). The impact on page speed is minimal.
- Can I track pages behind a login?
- Yes, tracking works. The automatic screenshot canât capture pages behind a login, so upload an image of the page instead.
- Do you offer session recordings?
- No. HeatMapX focuses on heatmaps, A/B testing and web engagement.
