- What happens if I exceed my session limit?
- Paid plans have a soft limit — nothing stops, and we email you at 80% and 100% of your quota. On the Free plan only, tracking and A/B test delivery pause for the rest of the month once you reach 150% of the limit (7,500 sessions), resuming automatically next month.
- What does "concurrent A/B tests" mean?
- The number of tests currently live, counted per site. Drafts, paused and finished tests don't count. Each test supports up to 5 variants on every plan.
- Can I analyze my data with AI?
- Yes — the HeatMapX CLI exports your heatmap and A/B test data as numbers you can hand straight to your own AI agent such as Claude Code or Codex. Available on every plan.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. The difference is prorated on your next invoice.
- When is yearly billing charged?
- The full year is charged upfront at the start of the contract. We do not refund unused months on mid-term cancellation.
